NOTES, REQUIREMENTS & PREPARATION FOR THE TOUR
  • General Notes
This is an active cultural & adventure tour that includes high-altitude lakes, remote regions, long driving sections, and moderate hiking.
Accommodation varies between hotels, guesthouses, and yurt camps depending on location.
Road conditions range from smooth highways to rough mountain tracks, especially around Kel-Suu, Kazarman, and Son-Kul.
Weather can change rapidly in mountainous areas — always keep warm layers accessible.
Mobile signal is limited or unavailable in areas like Kel-Suu, Son-Kul, Kazarman Pass, and parts of Sary-Chelek.
Meals in remote areas are served by local families or yurt camps — simple but hearty, with local ingredients.
Vegetarian and gluten-free options can be arranged with advance notice.
  • Requirements
    Physical Requirements
