This 7-day wellness retreat is based in one carefully selected mountain location, chosen for its clean alpine air, authentic kumys farms, and peaceful natural surroundings.
The retreat focuses on natural detox, rest, and reconnection through a traditional kumys (fermented mare’s milk) program, gentle daily routines, and immersion in Kyrgyz nomadic life.
This is not a medical tour or a strict fasting program — it is a soft, supportive detox designed to cleanse the body naturally while allowing time to relax, walk, read, and simply breathe.
