By booking any of our tours, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour begins, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cash (USD, EUR, KGS), or online payment systems.
Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a written confirmation and all essential tour details.
CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your booking, the following fees apply:- 30+ days before tour start: Full refund minus deposit.
- 15–29 days before tour start: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before tour start: No refund.
- If Mars Travel cancels a tour (for example, due to safety, weather, or unforeseen conditions),You will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour of equal value.
- CHANGES TO ITINERARYMars Travel reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary if necessary for safety, weather conditions, or logistical reasons.
We always try to maintain the original route and activities, and we will inform guests of any significant changes as early as possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All participants are required to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellations.
Mars Travel is not responsible for any expenses not covered by your personal insurance.

HEALTH & FITNESS
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the tour activities (e.g., hiking, horse riding, high altitudes).

LIABILITY
Mars Travel and its partners take all reasonable care to ensure safety and quality. However:
- We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties, natural disasters, political situations, or personal negligence.
- Our responsibility is limited to the value of the booked tour.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to have a valid passport and visa (if required).

BEHAVIOR & RESPONSIBILITY
We expect guests to respect local customs, culture, nature, and other travelers.
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

COMPLAINTS
If you experience any issue during the tour, please inform your guide or tour manager immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.
Formal complaints can be submitted in writing within 7 days after the tour ends.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
